so much pressure has been lifted off his shoulders - his playing career is over, he has his wife & daughters something he put on hold until his playing days were over; he can now talk about the HOF without thinking about a jinx. He also realized his dream to become part owner of an MLB team - the life of Derek Jeter at least the part we see has been successful on many planes - time for him to relax and enjoy it.
