maybe they don't or aren't ready to really trade Mookie at this time? In their 'defense' Price is not worth $96 mil and they know they blew that one same thing when we wanted to throw Ellsburp into deals for the last 2/3 years. Can't blame them for wanting to get rid of Price. They are probably deciding to dump salary but hesistant about Betts not sure they will be able to re-sign him to a contract.
Holy moly did I just in some aspect defend the Sux???? that doesn't happen often OR here's a thought - they're wanting to get the Cora spygate out of the spotlight?
