Well, I'm not a doctor, but I do know that a hematoma is a medical term for a bruise. So even though it's a muscle bruise in the rotator cuff which sounds serious, at least it's not a strained or torn ligament in the rotator cuff. At least for now it's not! We'll see if that second MRI shows more.
