Rags pitched a no hitter but not a perfect game July 4th 1983 but was never a Yankee pitching coach. Before Mel Stottlemyre 96 -2005; Billy Conners, , Nardi Contreas were PC's in the 90's.
Chapman has not been dominate this year and could opt out at season's end. It's ironic that he can blow a save then get the win because the team comes back to win.
Baseball is a changing game but it takes pitching to win championships.
