Times have changed since Reggie, Puff, Sweet Lou - more so since the escapade at the Copa saw Billy Martin (Casey's golden boy) being traded because he was considered a bad influence on the young Mantle; the days of the trio of Mantle, Berra & Ford hitting the town - one thing they had in common the were veterans on the team, in the league. Frazier does not have a single year of MLB experience - he missed most of last year with concussion syndrome. When the team asks a player to meet with the media and he refuses that is a problem; he's defying the team that pays his salary; turning his back on teammates. I could add more but I'm stopping here & before you start in on my opinion again - I'm taking a break from TYB where I've enjoyed the better part of 15 years discussing Yankee baseball, etc (except for vacations or computer issues) before this escalates further. I will keep my thoughts to myself if I return.
