that's two games in a row Germain struggled - guessing maybe it could a confidence issue plus the fact that he is on an innings limit for the season & could have that in the back of his mind. He didn't save any surprises for a 2nd or 3rd time through the lineup, an inexperience issue. Wish David Cone could work with him a few times.
He's been forced to learn the game by being thrown into the fire this year. He was sprinkled into starts last year and wasn't spectacular. He's a fast learner this year but I expect growing pains come playoffs much the way Seve had to take his lumps at this level to begin his career.
What are the odds he gets TJ surgery next year haha
