Estrada is fitting into the role Wade held and DJ will give most IFers a day off which makes Tulo expendable. but we're getting ahead of ourselves with speculation - these things have a way of working out.
I agree with this but remember, LeMahieu was a gold glover and batting champ. Hard to see him in a utility role, but hard to see Torres or Didi in that role. Estrada is really the shocker for me. I think you are right there's time to go before we have to decide, or Boone does. Gotta think Estrada goes down to get PT. We need a dependable (healthy history) type SP that is a 1 or 2. Can't depend on CC. Not even sure about dependability of Severino at this point.

All that IF talent (including Bird) has to be some kind of package to be made for a 1-2 SP. There's abundance of talent in OF too. It will be interesting to see what happens. But they won't win a championship with the current pitching staff. Need 1 more good one.
