Corbin seems like a pretty intelligent guy - and he would really be a fool not to explore all of his options, weigh each team carefully before making a final decision. We're talking about his career & future - why should he take the first offer. Let's not forget - he's been a N pitcher and there is a period of adjustment between the leagues - there's no DH in the NL so he will be facing 9 batters instead 8 + a pitcher. Some guys make the adjustment easily others can't do it. Remember Gray was pretty much an ace for Oakland but couldn't cut it in the Bronx - he will probably be a stud again but not in pinstripes. Let's just hope to sign quality pitchers who can make it on the big stage. Evo & Happ are still considerations. Let's see if there is any news from the HotStove.
