IF AJ's right, will his return be too late to help the sagging, slumping Yankees??? Was yesterday a taste of what's ahead on this left coast trip? Where once we had a chance to win the ALE and coast into the playoffs, there is a possibility this time next week, we could chasing Seattle & Oakland to a WC spot. Both teams are in the position with good weeks to overtake the 4.5/5.5 games we have. So not just homefield for a WC game is at stake BUT also a WC spot is on the table It's not all lost but we need the starting pitching to start dominating from the 1st inning not throw the team under the bus with those 1st inning runs; the D needs to tighten up and not make stupid errors, physical or mental; and the O needs to do something that seems strange get those clutch hits with runners on base. I never give up till it's impossible to win but that doesn't stop me from getting pissed with sloppy, lazy or weak play - give it your all and rest in November.
