Had to laugh at Cora complaining that warnings were issued before Porcello had a chance to retaliate - OH wait he started it hitting Gardner. The chin music to Betts was warranted & gave Severino more respect from his teammates knowing he had their backs. But Severino doesn't like to come close & maybe threw his game off for a bit. Shades of the Real Severino were peeking through before he was taken out - a silver lining against Porcello's one-hitter.
Now today we are putting our hopes on Chance Adams to stem the losing streak at 3 - after Sonny Gray has proven he just can't cut it in pinstripes = even with his personal catcher. Definitely need fundamentally sound fielding to back him.
