They take way too many pitches. Fifty percent of the time, they are right down the middle. Then because they have one swing left, they swing at pitches out of the strike zone. Gardner for one, takes too many pitches right down the middle of the plate, Sanchez, when he's in there does the same thing. I wish we had a hitting coach that preached aggressiveness, instead of so much patience. Maybe I'm wrong in my thinking, I don't know.
