I understand giving Judge the day off - it's something they were planning for the Phillie series weeks ago. Not like when I grew and schedules had at least one often two days off during the week with Sunday afternoon and/or Holiday single-admission DHers. Aaron plays hard every game and has been taking a beating with diving catches, etc. What took me by surprise though neither is hitting worth a crap of late, Bird & Romine were also out of the lineup so we had a AAA pitcher & catcher in a game against one of the contending NL teams.
