If Cash & Co are smart, there is no way they offer Darvish a 7 year deal - he's 32 ,has not been good in post season & with some of his twitterings I'm not sure how savvy he is. Not sure he would uphold the Yankee mystique. If we can't ink a deal for Gerrit Cole, then I would take my chances with getting experience for Chance Adams and Justus Sheffield - that would also give us a chance to find out IF they have what it takes to pitch in the Bronx.
