While I can see the validity of the lawsuit, I wonder about the can of worms it might open. A player falling into the stands or bullpen because the wall is too low; Other types of injuries related to field conditions. I remember Mickey Mantle getting his foot tangled in a drainage ditch & tearing his knee; getting caught up in the fencing at Memorial Park in Baltimore and breaking his leg. Maybe running into a wall where the padding is thin and a fractured or displaced shoulder.
