agree - I loved Joe G as a manager - didn't like him not being brought back because players didn't like being reprimanded. Wasn't sure if Boone could make the transition - maybe because he was only with the Yankees for such a short time as a player we didn't get a chance to savor his baseball knowledge. But I always admired the fact of his honesty when he broke his leg playing pick up b'ball and admitted it though it was the contract breaker. Wish we had been able to sit in on that 6-hour interview with Cash & Co.. His two years at the helm & doing his pre & post game reports - we're learning more about him and what's not to like. Another good hiring/contract by Cash-
