Could be interesting - first we know that coming in from Japan there will be changes & adjustments. As a pitcher Otani is used to pitching the same day each week. If he is used as DH, I'm thinking that might be 2-3 possibly four times a week. Plus we have learned you can never have too much pitching. I can see having a reserve to cover any potential injuries & to give those young arms a rest without taxing the pen. Not sure about a six man rotation though but then I grew up when teams had 4 starters who pretty much pitched the entire game. Baseball is changing but don't take all the human factor out of it.
