I'm really pissed with this one - Joe has managed the way they wanted using sabermetrics, & whatever other technical reports were given to him. He has given his best efforts - no he wasn't perfect but tell me that even Hal is? This decision should have been Joe's or at least made with mutual agreement. Handled badly to boot - and announced on FAN and not YES - they blew it. OH and by the way isn't this the stuff MLB frowns upon - earth-shattering baseballs moves during the WS especially game days???? Sorry but the brass is wrong and I'm not sure we're going to like his replacement. Of course, they could surprise me. Let's see which coaches get the ax next.
