Here’s my usual rant

Gardner takes too many pitches. He took two strikes right down the center of the plate, then swung at one above the strike zone almost as high as his head. Sometimes the best pitch you’re gonna get is the first one, so why not swing at it? If you miss it, you still got two more to hack at.
