MLB is televising today's game against the Sux - BUT since it's in Ft. Meyers we're stuck with their talkers - can't justify calling them announcers or sportscasters. They are so Bawhsten oriented and to make it worse it's game day to 'celebrate' their charities. We not only have to listen to the one-sided game but different hometowners lauding the Sux while supporting the various causes. Even had the president or some official of the Sux talking about how John Henry had been part of the Yankees then immediately how there is hatred & animosity for the Yankees. Half the game is overlooked while they talk to the non-baseball people about the various funds. Nothing wrong with teams supporting worthwhile causes - the Yankees do it but low key- Also makes you appreciate the Yankee announcers including Michael Kaye, Ken Singleton, Paul O'Neil, John Flaherty, David Cone, Ryan Rucco, Al Leiter, & Co. - they realize two teams are playing and both deserve recognition. At least tomorrow we'll be back on YES - Michael & Paul are scheduled for play by play
