I'm not going to speculate how this was decided, but the starting rotation this weekend is: Montgomery, Severino, Mitchell, and the SPN Sunday night game Tanaka. Surprised that Sabathia I& Pineda are missing; Cessa in Scranton so Mitchell gets the nod. Have to wait for Joe's pregame presser to maybe get some answers. Is there injuries we don't know about?
